About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across our beauty brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong blend of sales expertise, marketing insight, leadership capability, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships. Drive both B2B and B2C sales initiatives including retail, wholesale, online channels, salon partnerships, and distributor networks. Set, track, and optimize sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports. Lead and execute promotional campaigns to increase product sales and customer acquisition. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning: Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all digital and offline platforms. Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and paid advertising. Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver high-quality brand storytelling. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty and referral programs. Analyze customer data to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates. Ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, influencers, and salon partners. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing team. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations. Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to achieve high productivity and accountability. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven work environment. Budgeting & Performance Analysis: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively. Track and analyse ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management. Continuously refine strategies based on analytics and performance insights. Brand Partnerships & Market Expansion: Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and retail outlets. Drive expansion into new markets, regions, and platforms.
