Job Summary We are an IT enterprise solutions provider. Our services include sales of Enterprise Solutions,  IT support, Infrastructure Server, Storage and Clients systems, Enterprise Security (CCTV, & Access control) and many others. We are seeking a reliable and result driven Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients. Evaluate customer IT requirements by conducting research and active listening, ensuring proposed solutions solve specific business challenges. Monitor market competition and emerging technology trends to provide feedback on product updates or pricing strategies. Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through excellent sales service Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper customer service and achieve collective sales targets Qualifications & Requirements HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Track record of achieving sales quota and targets Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software Candidate must reside in Lekki or its environs.
