Desired Skills 🔹Java & Back‑End • Expert Java 17/21 (4+ years of experience): JVM internals, concurrency, performance tuning. • Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, API gateway patterns. • Microservice architecture: resiliency, idempotency, circuit breaker, distributed systems. • Kafka: delivery semantics, schema evolution, DLQ. • PostgreSQL schema design and query optimisation; Hibernate / JPA / jOOQ. • REST API + contract‑first (OpenAPI/Swagger). ✔️Nice to have: Redis, OpenFeign, observability stack (Prometheus / Grafana / NewRelic), JUnit / Testcontainers / WireMock.

🔹Infrastructure • Production AKS + Kubernetes: deployments, incidents, rollbacks, node pool and autoscaling management. • Terraform (module‑based) and Helm for release management. ✔️Nice to have: KEDA, Strimzi (Kafka on K8s), Azure RBAC / Entra ID, Key Vault secrets rotation.
