People Experience Intern
Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Experience Intern who will provide support to the People team. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting both recruitment and operational activities. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure an excellent employee experience, help maintain a positive workplace culture, and leverage digital tools and technology to streamline processes. Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing support across all people-related matters Support the delivery of key HR initiatives across the People Experience function Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity Support day-to-day people operations, including benefits administration, background checks, employee welfare, etc Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing internal events and surveys Ensure employee compliance with company processes and policies Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding Assist in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs Monitor key people metrics through existing dashboards and highlighting trends or gaps where needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Google Workspace Familiarity with resume databases and professional networks Nice to have: Previous experience or internship in HR/People Experience, and exposure to HR systems, including HRIS and ATS platforms
