Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the real estate sector, particularly in land acquisition and land verification processes. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of land administration procedures, especially within Ogun State, and demonstrate the ability to drive sales, secure verified land opportunities, and lead high-impact marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote real estate properties and land sales Identify, evaluate, and secure land acquisition opportunities, particularly within Ogun State Conduct and oversee land verification and due diligence processes, ensuring authenticity and compliance Liaise with relevant land authorities and government agencies in Ogun State for proper documentation and approvals Verify land titles and documents such as Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Gazette, Excision, Survey Plans, and Deeds of Assignment Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion to meet sales targets Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue Build and maintain relationships with agents, surveyors, community leaders, and stakeholders Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring performance targets are achieved Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field with 7–10 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on real estate Proven experience in land acquisition and land verification processes Strong familiarity with land documentation and approval processes in Ogun State Established network within land departments, surveyors, and relevant authorities in Ogun State is an added advantage Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Strong sales and business development abilities Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and execution Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance Attention to detail (especially in land verification) Leadership and team management Negotiation and relationship management High level of integrity and professionalism Salary and Benefits N350,000 - N800,000 / Month (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities Commission on deals, and other incentives
