Legal / Compliance Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal/Compliance Officer to manage the company’s legal matters and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have experience within a finance house and a good understanding of financial laws, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) with 2–3 years post-call experience, preferably in a financial institution Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL) Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks Good understanding of regulatory bodies and reporting requirements Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills High level of integrity and attention to detail
