Role Description We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time role based in Kaduna, with the flexibility of a hybrid work setup. In this position, you will lead HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your duties will involve implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and developing policies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace. You will also oversee training and development programs, support talent management efforts, and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues. Qualifications Expertise in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Data Management Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills Experience with Employee Training, Development Programs, and Performance Appraisal Systems Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) preferred Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid settings and manage stakeholders across various levels
