We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team.
What You Will Do HR Administration & Compliance Manage HR administrative tasks and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures. Employee & Manager Development Support the development of managers and employees through training initiatives, performance reviews, and career development programs. Compensation & Benefits / Welfare Management Manage employee welfare programs and benefits. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement. Oversee the HR budget related to employee engagement and benefits. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with hiring managers. Data & Reporting Maintain and analyze HR data, including recruitment metrics, employee reports, and budget tracking. Prepare and present weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR headquarters.
Required Experience to Succeed in This Role: At least 2 years of experience in an HR / Recruitment role within a company Intermediate+ level of English (spoken and written) Excellent administrative and organizational skills Experience conducting terminations, hearings, and managing HR documentation Comfortable working with data and HR systems (data-driven mindset) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and prepare detailed HR reports Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)
