Job Summary Assist with ensuring the smooth posting of job advert and recruitment process Review and maintain employee and employer records on staff. Manage junior staff and front desk operations Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems Conduct fiscal reviews, and surveys. Responsible for the preparation of confidential documents and reports Ensure we follow all guideline stipulated in the labour law Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Human Resource Assistant with at least Minimum of 1 year Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of Labour law Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
