HR Assistant
Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR exposure who understands the basics and is ready to grow into a stronger HR professional. You’ll be the backbone of HR admin. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview documents Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases Support onboarding and orientation of new employees Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data Track employee leave, attendance, and probation periods Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development activities Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation under supervision Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
