HR Outsourcing Officer

Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos state Salary : N250,000 - N300,000 Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced staff across client locations Act as primary liaison between clients, employees, and internal teams Oversee recruitment, onboarding, deployment, documentation, and exits Monitor attendance, performance, employee relations, and handle conflict resolution Process payroll (including statutory deductions) and prepare payroll reports (pay slips, tax, reconciliations) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements Support disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives Prepare periodic HR reports and benchmark outsourcing services for improvement Qualifications &Experience ND/HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations or outsourcing
