Job Description The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring the agency attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role balances strategic planning with operational execution to create a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and Manage end-to-end hiring processes Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution Promote a positive organisational culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities Implement and manage performance appraisal processes Support managers in coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Manage employee records, payroll and leave management Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Advise management on organisational design, succession planning, and workforce planning Lead initiatives to improve employee productivity, retention, and workplace culture Support Operations department Skills that would make a candidate successful in this role A minimum of three (3) years of proven human resource management experience, preferably in marketing / advertising industry Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in HR software, MS Office & likes Attention to detail and good judgement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Employee retention and turnover rates Time-to-hire and quality of hires Employee engagement and satisfaction scores Compliance with HR policies and labor regulations Effectiveness of training and development initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile: Approachable and empathetic, yet results-driven Strong leadership and team management capabilities Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented Passionate about building a positive and high-performing workplace Mature, presentable and commands respect.
