We are looking for a detail-oriented Formulation Chemist to join an innovative team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of formulations for a range of agrochemical products, contributing to the organization’s commitment to quality and performance. This position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow within the dynamic field of formulation chemistry. Responsibilities Assist in the formulation development process by conducting experiments to create and optimize product formulations. Perform analytical testing and evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. Document experimental results and maintain accurate lab records in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with Quality Control Managers, senior chemists, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot formulation challenges and implement improvements. Participate in product stability studies and assist in the evaluation of raw materials. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge in chemistry principles and laboratory techniques. Experience or familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, or UV-Vis spectroscopy is a plus. Proficiency in laboratory techniques including mixing, weighing, and measuring. Experience with data analysis software and documentation tools; knowledge of formulation software is an advantage. Basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot formulation challenges. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development within the field of formulation chemistry. Commitment to safety and quality in laboratory practices. Internship or academic project experience related to formulation chemistry is preferred but not required.
