• Sales & Marketing Location: Changi Airport Salary: $3,500
• $4,000 per month Contract: 1-year (renewable) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Associate to support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for the Singapore market. This role requires strong coordination, project management, and communication skills to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations Develop and implement publicity campaigns across various channels, including eDMs, SMS, push notifications, and website Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets in line with branding guidelines Oversee on-ground execution of campaigns and initiatives Assist in post-campaign reporting, including basic data analysis and performance tracking Project Management Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets Track campaign performance against budget and highlight any variances Perform post-campaign budget reconciliation with tenants to ensure accurate disbursement of discounts Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices Administrative Duties Ensure compliance with internal governance, procurement, and approval processes Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing or digital marketing roles Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
