Description

We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to generate leads, close deals, and grow revenue across our events and creative media production services. This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially sharp and capable of owning the full sales cycle. Job Description: Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships Execute lead generation strategies across cold calling, email, social media, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching and closing deals Develop and present customised proposals, decks, and creative campaign ideas to clients Understand client objectives and recommend strategic event and media production solutions Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients as the main point of contact Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise client lifetime value Conduct proper client briefings and translate requirements into clear internal briefs for execution teams Work closely with creative, production, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects Monitor project progress and proactively manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables Conduct market research and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and offerings Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and invoices while maintaining proper documentation and CRM records Track sales pipeline, achieve targets, and provide regular reporting on performance, forecasts, and client insights Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience Strong understanding (or willingness to learn fast) in events and media production industry Proven ability to generate leads and close deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and disciplined Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems Ambition to grow into a leadership role
