Responsibilties Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner Receive laundry items and record customer requests accurately Tag and label items appropriately for identification Issue receipts and keep proper records of transactions Communicate special instructions (e.g., stain removal, ironing preferences) to the laundry team Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups Ensure timely notification to customers when items are ready for pickup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
