Role Description This is a full-time position based in Lagos. The Commercial Manager will oversee the company's commercial strategy and business growth activities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and market opportunities. T he role also involves overseeing contracts, managing teams, and analyzing market trends to inform decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning Strong Analytical and Contract Management skills Team Management experience and leadership skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Proven track record in successfully leading revenue generation and business growth initiatives Experience in the media or sports industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
