ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Growth Executive with vast B2B experience and the ability to sell services and not products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across Engineering, Oil and Gas, and manufacturing sectors, including building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue objective. RESPONSIBILITIES Explore and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and ensure prompt execution of client’s request. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales. Experience in B2B business development or corporate sales. Experience with preparing bids and tenders. Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic partnerships. Strategic experience in selling services. Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis and client management. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Additional Information : Commission policy is available.
