CCTV Engineer - Team Lead
Description
Summary To provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization Responsibilities Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems. Manage and maintain Windows operating systems and basic server environments. Install and update software applications and security patches. Maintain IT documentation and support tickets. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical services. Ensure data backup, security, and compliance with IT policies. Requirements HND / BSc Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any related discipline. 3+ years of experience leading and overseeing teams in IT support. Strong knowledge of: Windows OS and basic Windows Server administration Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Active Directory and user management Hardware troubleshooting Good understanding of IT security practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
