This position ensures secure, reliable, and compliant IT operations across Microsoft 365 services, Windows endpoints, and related infrastructure, supporting business continuity through effective incident handling and user support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES • Provision and deprovision user accounts in Microsoft 365 and manage access controls. • Execute IT onboarding and offboarding checklists ensuring proper permissions and device handover. • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses. Security Operations Support: • Monitor antivirus alerts and report suspicious activities. • Enforce security policies related to device compliance and data protection. • Backups, Business Continuity & Documentation: • Perform regular operational checklists and verify backups. • Maintain IT documentation including runbooks and troubleshooting logs. Vendor & Tooling Coordination: • Liaise with external vendors for support and maintain office IT consumables. • Official Website Maintenance: • Manage website postings, updates, and job listings on LinkedIn. Requirements: BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous. • 4–6 years of experience in a similar IT support role. • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including user management and administration. • Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). • Familiarity with backup and file systems management. • Strong documentation skills for reports and processes. • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
