Business & Operations Intern (Executive Support & Digital Growth)

We are looking for a smart, driven, and resourceful Intern to work directly with a Founder managing multiple businesses across logistics, technology, and digital services. This is a hands-on learning role, not a “sit and watch” internship. You will gain real-world experience in business operations, content creation, and execution across fast-growing ventures. What You’ll Be Doing Executive Support Assist with scheduling, reminders, and daily planning Help manage emails and follow-ups Support meeting coordination and note-taking Operations Support Assist in tracking tasks and ongoing projects Help organize workflows and business processes Support logistics and admin activities when needed Social Media & Content Help manage social media pages (posting & engagement) Assist in creating content (videos, captions, ideas) Research trends and content strategies Research & Learning Conduct research on markets, tools, and competitors Assist in testing new ideas and business opportunities Learn how different business units operate Who We’re Looking For Recent graduate Smart, fast learner with strong attention to detail Good communication and writing skills Organized and able to follow instructions Willing to learn and take initiative Basic Requirements Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic tech tools Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Bonus (Not Required, But a Big Advantage) Basic video editing or graphic design skills Interest in business, startups, or entrepreneurship Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship from a Founder Real-world experience across multiple businesses Practical skills in operations, content, and execution Opportunity for a full-time role after internship Only serious and driven candidates should apply.
