B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify and acquire new corporate clients across Lagos, Sagamu, and Ikorodu Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (where applicable) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 4–6 years experience in B2B sales or business development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts Good understanding of the local market within Lagos and surrounding areas Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
