We are expanding and hiring a true revenue hunter to grow our direct B2B contracts. This Role Is For Closers You are not hired to “maintain relationships.” You are hired to: Generate new corporate accounts Penetrate 5-star hotels and private aviation networks Close high-value B2B contracts Build recurring monthly revenue If you prefer inbound leads and warm introductions, this role is not for you. Your Responsibilities Actively prospect and approach target companies in Zurich Conduct in-person meetings and commercial negotiations Close long-term corporate mobility agreements Develop partnerships within private jet and luxury hospitality sectors Build and manage a measurable sales pipeline Deliver clear monthly revenue results This is a KPI-driven position with clear accountability. Performance Expectations Within the first 6 months: CHF 300,000+ in new contracted revenue Minimum 5 recurring B2B accounts Tangible monthly revenue contribution High performance will be rewarded accordingly. Your Profile 5+ years B2B sales experience in Switzerland Proven closing track record (numbers required) Comfortable with performance-based compensation Fluent German and English (French is a plus) Confident presence suitable for corporate and luxury clients Disciplined, resilient, and self-driven We are not hiring junior sales profiles or account coordinators.
