This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Ruiru. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging and innovative content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and effectively communicate key brand messages to target audiences. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools Experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
