Job Summary We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support Medbury Healthcare’s brand visibility, event coverage, and digital growth. The role involves content creation, social media management, and using data insights to drive marketing performance. Key Responsibilities Event Coverage & Content: Capture high-quality photos and videos at events and create real-time and post-event content Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media platforms, develop content calendars, and drive engagement Content Production: Edit videos and create compelling content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Performance Tracking: Analyze digital metrics, optimize campaigns, and generate insights Campaign Support: Assist in executing digital campaigns and paid promotions Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing or content creation Experience covering events and managing social media platforms Skills & Competencies: Video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and photography skills Strong social media management and content creation expertise Data analysis and reporting skills (Google Analytics, social media insights) Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments Ideal Candidate Creative, tech-savvy, and proactive Strong storytelling and visual content skills Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action Comfortable working independently and covering events
