Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

We’re looking for a Fintech Lead Product Manager who owns a product domain, not just a backlog. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, making complex product decisions, and owning measurable business outcomes. The focus is on financial flows within a logistics marketplace: payments, billing, settlement, credit processes, risk, fraud prevention, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities Define product vision and strategy; own short- and long-term roadmap decisions Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and results to stakeholders and leadership Lead product discovery and delivery of new features with measurable impact Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and research, drive execution Set direction, expectations, and accountability within the product team

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience with scalable products Experience working in technology-driven products with operational complexity Interest and hands-on exposure to fintech and AI-related product areas Ability to translate user needs and business goals into a prioritized product roadmap Data-driven problem solving: ability to use SQL for independent analysis, comfort working with product and business metrics Basic understanding of: supply and demand dynamics, accounting fundamentals and financial ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and experimentation 2+ years experience building B2B products, preferably in fintech or financial platforms Ability to turn data insights into clear product decisions and recommendations Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior and executive stakeholders
