Prequalification of Vendors for Supply of Goods and Services 2026

Fauna & Flora has been supporting nature conservation in Kenya since our foundation in 1903. Exactly a century later, we opened an office in Nairobi and established a formal country programme, which focuses on supporting local partners to protect key habitats and species. Fauna & Flora has played a crucial role in establishing a number of wildlife conservancies in northern Kenya that protect wildlife while also supporting sustainable local livelihoods. Beyond our terrestrial conservation programme, we support the efforts of coastal communities to secure greater involvement in the management of their marine resources

Fauna & Flora International (FFI) is inviting reputable and reliable vendors to participate in the prequalification process for the supply of goods and services. As part of our commitment to excellence, accountability, and operational efficiency, FFI seeks to establish a pool of prequalified suppliers who can support our organizational needs across various categories. The purpose of this prequalification exercise is to assess vendors’ capability, capacity, and relevant experience in supplying goods and services that FFI may require from time to time. Following the evaluation, FFI will compile a list of prequalified vendors who will be invited to participate in our procurement processes up to 31st December 2026.
