Roles and Responsibilities Drive digital transformation initiatives, including telemedicine, data analytics, and emerging health technologies. Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies to enhance healthcare delivery. Lead innovation initiatives including adoption of cloud-based systems, AI-supported diagnostics, and automation of clinical and administrative workflows. Support research and academic programs through robust health information systems and data management platforms. Champion organizational change management and foster a culture of digital innovation across departments. Develop and implement ICT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management strategies aligned with global best practices. Develop ICT capacity-building programs and mentorship initiatives to strengthen institutional technical expertise Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field At least 3 years work experience in a health care set up Technical skills in networking, server administration and database management
