Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Leader to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and commercial performance. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can lead teams, manage projects, develop strategies, and oversee technology platform products and management consulting services, in partnership with the board and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Management Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational strategy. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes. Partner with the board to ensure alignment between operations and governance priorities. Revenue Growth & Commercial Engagement Identify, develop, and pursue business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Lead commercial partnerships, client engagement, and proposal development. Ensure sustainable financial performance and operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Development Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure teams are motivated, supported, and aligned with organizational goals. Project & Operations Management Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives. Ensure operational processes are efficient, compliant, and support strategic objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and operational risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. Technology Platform & Consulting Oversight Oversee the development, management, and delivery of technology platform products. Guide teams in providing management consulting services that integrate technology solutions. Ensure quality assurance, verification, and client satisfaction in all service offerings. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the organization in engagements with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration across teams, divisions, and partner organizations. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience in strategy development and execution in technology and consulting contexts. Strong commercial acumen and track record in achieving revenue growth. Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills. Excellent project and operations management skills, overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of technology platforms, consulting services, and quality delivery. Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with a board or governance structure while maintaining operational accountability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
