Country Operations Manager Czech Republic | Automotive | Production Support Services | Full P&L Responsibility An established international multi-country group delivering quality, logistics, production support and industrial outsourcing services — primarily within the automotive sector — is seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Country Operations Manager to lead and grow its Czech business. The Czech entity is an integral part of a wider European structure, operating in close collaboration with regional leadership and cross-border teams. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, designed for a leader who combines operational discipline with a strong business-building mindset. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the Czech operations and act as the “CEO of the country” within a broader international group structure — balancing local autonomy with regional strategic alignment. Beyond managing performance, you will actively shape and expand the business, identify growth opportunities, challenge the status quo, and build a stronger, scalable local organisation. This role requires both strategic perspective and hands-on leadership.
