We are looking for a Manager IT Operations & Delivery to lead IT operations
What You Will Work On
- Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring high system availability and performance
- Take full responsibility for team leadership, including staffing, development, and budget
- Drive continuous improvements in IT processes and ways of working
- Lead local and global infrastructure projects
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other IT functions
- Build and evolve a modern IT function aligned with long-term business needs
- Ensure lifecycle management of infrastructure, servers, and networks
- Oversee service delivery quality and operational excellence
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience driving change and improvements in IT environments
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Swedish and good English (spoken and written)
