STUDENT CARE TEACHER (NORTH)

Job Summary Deliver engaging and effective lesson content to primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring their academic progress and safety during school-to-centre transfers. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s development and foster a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver lesson content that engages primary school children and supports their learning objectives Supervise primary school children to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily homework assignments Implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of children during school dismissal and transfer to the student centre Monitor children’s behaviour and progress, communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns Apply problem-solving skills to adapt teaching methods and address challenges in the learning process Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning Required competencies and certifications WSQ Student-Care Certified Diploma or higher qualification Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience teaching primary school children Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and caregivers Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving ability in educational settings Passion for nurturing children and supporting their learning journey
