Description
aThe onsite engineer is expected to perform the following Resident Engineer (RE) responsibilities : Provide end-user desktop support (Level 1 and Level 1.5) Deliver end-user platform support, including troubleshooting and operational assistance Troubleshoot and support standard IT peripherals Perform basic network, security, and wireless troubleshooting Troubleshoot backend servers and backup systems Provide support for authorized software applications Carry out software installation, configuration, and reinstallation Provide remote on-screen guidance and user education Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for end users
