Project Manager / Product Owner (Wealth Banking) l Contract

Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality. Set priorities, evaluate deliverables, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with regional and country business, product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, customer journeys, and process flows. Work with design and product teams to conceptualize customer journeys and screen designs. Review Functional Specifications / Narratives with technology teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Lead testing activities including defining UAT strategies, creating test plans, and ensuring full test coverage. Supervise a team of test engineers and ensure end-to-end execution of test cases within UAT timelines. Ensure both manual and automated testing cycles are properly executed and documented. Use tools such as JIRA, JBehave, and test automation frameworks to support agile delivery. Maintain comprehensive documentation including test strategy, traceability matrix, and defect tracking. Engage and collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to identify enhancements and drive improvement. Ensure smooth operational roll-out of Consumer and Wealth Banking services across digital platforms. Provide post-implementation support including user training, production issue investigation, escalation, and timely resolution. Requirement: Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in digital banking, wealth management, project delivery, or technology transformation. Proficiency in Agile delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Good to have familiarity with JBehave or automation frameworks. Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and technology. Ability to lead testing cycles, design UAT strategies, and manage end-to-end test execution.
