12 Months Business Analyst (Up to $6500) #NKA

Location: Geylang Bahru Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6 Salary: Up to $6500 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis Gather and analyse business requirements for system enhancements, operational workflows, and new system implementations. Work closely with stakeholders to understand real-world constraints, usability challenges, and pain points, ensuring solutions are practical and field ready. Translate operational processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Delivery Support Participate in feature refinement discussions and support Product Owners in planning development initiatives. Communicate requirements clearly to developers and UI/UX teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. Support sprint activities by clarifying requirements, addressing queries, and validating delivery readiness. Testing & UAT Prepare test scenarios and test data based on requirements and end-to-end operational workflows. Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including acceptance sign-off. Facilitate defect triage, bug fixing, and resolution tracking to ensure timely closure. BAU Support Provide ongoing BAU support for live systems, including responding to business queries and troubleshooting system issues. Log, track, and follow up on incidents and defects, working with technical teams to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate production releases with technical teams and internal stakeholders. Documentation & Training Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, SOPs, and system guides. Develop training materials and support onboarding or training sessions for external users and internal stakeholders. Stakeholder & Improvement Act as a liaison between DSM, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout delivery. Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for project teams and new members. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Contribute to roadmap planning and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and system performance. Job Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles. Exposure to UAT coordination, bug tracking, and deployment support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, user flows and use case development using tools like Jira and Confluence. Possesses a basic technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed requirement clarification Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
