In 2002, the business expanded and encompassed servicing, repairs, spray painting, all type of vehicles, metal working and grit blasting. Job Summary Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent, administer employment contracts and work passes, and develop onboarding and training programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment cycle including crafting job descriptions, posting job ads on portals, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary and panel interviews to identify qualified candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and business needs Manage job offer processes including salary benchmarking, preparing salary proposals aligned with internal standards, and conducting reference checks for selected candidates Administer foreign employment contracts and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate onboarding activities including explaining salary and offer terms, preparing contracts and personnel files, and facilitating induction programs to ensure smooth new hire integration Maintain accurate recruitment data and track probationary periods, updating recruitment tracking files promptly to support workforce planning Monitor and track expenses related to work passes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in billing processes Innovate sourcing strategies by exploring and piloting new channels to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness Manage government grants such as e2i Grants and Place and Train programs to support hiring initiatives and workforce development Partner with department managers to design and implement training programs for onboarding and orientation that enhance employee readiness and engagement Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement of retention strategies Prepare manpower and ad-hoc reports to support HR analytics and decision-making Represent the company at online recruitment fairs to build a strong talent pipeline Support additional HR projects as needed to drive organizational objectives Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient knowledge of time management and payroll systems to support HR operational efficiency Other Information Working days: 5.5 days per week Work location: Jurong West Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am
