1.Job Description

• Source and recruit qualified sewing workers based on factory requirements
• Proactively utilize recruitment channels (online/offline) to meet hiring targets
• Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with the factory during onboarding and hiring process

1. Requirements

• Proven experience in mass hiring, especially blue-collar workers (sewing workers is a plus)
• Strong candidate sourcing channels or existing talent pool
• Ability to commit to hiring timeline and target

1. Benefits

• Recruitment Fee: 3,000,000 VND per successful hire
• Total Budget: Up to 60,000,000 VND
• Payment based on actual successful hires
