Company Overview LF DEVELOPMENTS PTE. LTD. Job Summary Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation to support project progress and issue resolution. Responsibilities Monitor daily construction site activities and contractors’ work to ensure timely progress Verify construction quality by comparing work against approved drawings, specifications, and project intent Enforce workplace safety and health standards by identifying and reporting unsafe practices Maintain comprehensive site records and inspection reports, submitting updates to project consultants or engineers Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth project execution Report critical issues and non-compliance to Qualified Persons (QPs) or Professional Engineers (PEs) for timely resolution Required competencies and certifications Registration with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore) or BCA as stated: "Registration with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore) or BCA may be required." Preferred competencies and qualifications Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training as noted: "Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training is often preferred."
