Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Job Description: Work together with Site Supervision team Site supervision, quality control, inspection of Mechanical & Electrical Installation Ensure compliance with design specifications, code of practices and Employer’s in-house requirements. Keeping site records of all inspections, reinspections, testing & commissioning reports Verification of final test records, certifications, as-built drawings, and handing over documents to Employer. Requirements: A Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent. Min. 5 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Installations. Candidates with more experiences and had supervised a team of RTO will be an added advantage Working experience in Public Project, Institution, Infrastructures, High-End Residential or Commercial Buildings is preferred. Experience in Addition & Alteration Works Supervision experience in conservation project will be an added advantage. Certification with IES/ACES will be an added advantage Immediate needed to various end dates (2027
