Company Overview / Employee Value Proposition SHINRYO CORPORATION Job Summary The HR Business Partner partners closely with business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role provides end-to-end HR support including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to develop and execute manpower planning strategies that support organizational growth Lead recruitment planning, onboarding processes, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce Manage performance appraisal cycles and coordinate annual increment exercises to drive employee development and motivation Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary cases to maintain a positive and compliant work environment Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies through proactive compliance monitoring and guidance Drive HR digitalisation and process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience Coordinate with Japan HQ and manage expatriate HR matters to support international workforce integration Preferred competencies and qualifications Japanese language capability is an added advantage for effective communication with Japan headquarters and Japanese stakeholders.
