Payroll Assistant

Position: Payroll Assistant Salary: Up to $3,200 Location: Loyang Working Hours: 5 days work week, 08:00am - 05:30pm Responsibilities: Responsible for payroll related activities which include timely & accurate payment of employees' salaries and accurate maintenance of complete and systematic payroll records in compliance with government bodies using Time Software and Excel Administer the leave module Prepare and Submit NS MUP, Childcare, Maternity Leave Claims, and File Form IR21 (Tax Clearance for Foreigner) Update and maintain accurate employees' records in HRIS system Update and maintain employee's daily attendance Administer the e-leave / e-attendance program / software to run and generate report smoothly Process payment voucher upon completion of exit clearance for all resignation/ termination/ dismissal Answer all employees' enquiries regarding payroll related issues Other ad-hoc administrative duties Requirements: Min A-Level with 2 years' Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, and knowledgeable in Time Software Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised, and meticulous with eye for details Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, interactive and ability to work independently HOW TO APPLY: By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
