Senior L&D Specialist - Organisation Development (OD) & Transformation Consultant

• 5:00pm About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior L&D Specialist to lead and support diverse OD and transformation initiatives across multiple government agencies. The role involves conceptualising, deg, and facilitating interventions that drive organisational change, strengthen leadership teams, and enhance public sector capabilities. Key Responsibilities OD & Transformation Consulting Lead and contribute to organisation-level and whole-of-government OD projects commissioned by agencies or the Transformation Lab (T-Lab), Public Service Division Manage complex initiatives such as culture change, restructuring, strategic visioning, leadership team development, and sector-level transformation Conceptualise, Design & Facilitate Interventions Design and facilitate interventions using OD principles and applied behavioural sciences Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions addressing complex organisational challenges Build internal client capabilities through advisory and guidance to internal practitioners Client & Stakeholder Management Navigate complex political and organisational dynamics Form strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive positive organisational outcomes Capability Building & Knowledge Development Capture and synthesise insights from consultancy engagements Contribute to the Transformation and OD community’s knowledge base and share best practices across the Public Service Requirements Graduate Certificate in Organisation Development (CSC)/Intermediate OD (CSC) or equivalent qualification from a reputable OD training body 8–10 years of experience in organisation-level OD initiatives Strong executive presence and credibility when engaging senior leaders Skilled in relationship management, with high self-awareness and emotional intelligence Analytical, with strong situational judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity Committed to continuous learning and developing capabilities within the public sector Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
