- 5.30pm About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Grant & Centre Administration Executive to support administrative operations, stakeholder coordination, and grant management within an academic/research environment. This role requires a highly organised individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Centre Administration Support the Director in administrative reporting and operational matters Handle procurement for centre activities, including inventory tracking and management Coordinate meetings (e.g. ExCo), including preparation of slides and meeting minutes Provide administrative support for academic modules (e.g. PET modules) Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with community and industry partners on meetings and collaborations Circulate problem statements and coordinate collaboration opportunities with faculty Maintain accurate records of stakeholder communications and partnerships Grants Management Support Principal Investigators on grant applications and related queries Coordinate and schedule Grant Evaluation Committee meetings; act as secretariat Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Finance, TTO, ARO) on grant matters Maintain proper documentation and tracking of awarded grants Donor Management Work closely with Advancement Office on donor-related matters Coordinate meetings with donors and internal stakeholders Track donations, disbursements, and maintain proper records Support reporting updates related to donor contributions Events Management Support coordination and logistics for student showcases and events Assist in planning workshops, seminars, and related activities Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage various stakeholders Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
