Organisation Development (OD) / Learning & Development Executive (2-Year Contract)

• 5:00pm About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and analytical OD / Learning & Development Executive to support organisation development initiatives. This role focuses on strengthening the OD ecosystem through competency development, learning interventions, and talent deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities Review and enhance the OD competency framework, driving adoption and ensuring accurate identification of OD talent Maintain and update a database of OD practitioners across the Singapore Public Service Design, manage, and implement learning interventions such as training programmes, masterclasses, and community of practice sessions Establish tracking and monitoring systems to evaluate learning outcomes and programme effectiveness Support deployment and tracking of OD consulting projects, attachments, and pilot initiatives (e.g. ODExcelerator) Coordinate project matching to align agency needs with practitioner development goals Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement project-based learning interventions Drive process improvements and evaluate programme success for continuous enhancement Provide strategic input on talent deployment and development pathways within the OD ecosystem Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisation Development Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good project coordination and organisational skills Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment Passion for talent development and organisation transformation within the public sector Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
