Job Details: Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Changi Airport Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours Job Descriptions: Sales & Marketing Support the planning and development of sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, activations, and related projects Develop and execute publicity campaigns to promote sales and marketing initiatives, covering creative development of key visuals and adaptation across various channels such as eDMs, SMS, push notifications, and websites Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as creative and production agencies to ensure publicity assets are delivered on time and aligned with branding and operational guidelines Implement and support on‑ground operations for sales and marketing initiatives Assist with post‑campaign reporting by performing data analysis and preparing insights for management review Project Management Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements Track campaign performance against approved budgets, maintaining accurate records and highlighting any variances Conduct post‑campaign budget reconciliation with tenants or partners to ensure discounts and incentives are accurately accounted for Ensure timely processing of purchase orders (POs) and invoices related to projects Administrative Duties Familiarise with enterprise governance, procurement, and approval frameworks to ensure compliance requirements are met prior to execution Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
