Join SingHealth's Office of Research Integrity andCompliance (ORIC) and play a vital role in ensuring research excellence acrossSingapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will contribute tomaintaining the highest standards of research integrity and compliance,supporting our mission to advance medical knowledge whilst protecting researchparticipants and upholding regulatory requirements. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to provide comprehensiveadministrative support and help implement research compliance strategies thatensure SingHealth research meets all regulatory standards. You will workclosely with the research community to facilitate compliance with the HumanBiomedical Research Act (HBRA) and other relevant regulations whilst supportingpolicy development and stakeholder communications. What You Will Do: You will collect and analyse research-related legislationand regulations, assisting in the development of new policies and processesthat govern research integrity and compliance matters. Your role involvespreparing communication materials to clarify research compliance initiativesand developing training resources for the research community. You will managethe processing of reportable events to the Ministry of Health (MOH), ensuringtimely escalation and reporting of key requirements under HBRA whilst helpingestablish workflows that keep SingHealth research compliant with regulations.Additionally, you will provide secretariat support at meetings, includingtimely dissemination of materials, accurate transcription of discussions, andtracking follow-up actions. You will also prepare newsletters and communicationmaterials to raise awareness of research compliance requirements and provideexecutive support for the department, including working on ad hoc projects andengaging stakeholders to implement new initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, LifeSciences, or related fields Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Administrative experience in clinical researchor healthcare preferred Some project management experience Good command of English with strong writtenskills for minutes and report writing Ability to work independently and as part of ateam Ability to manage multiple deadlinesconcurrently Resourceful approach with initiative to problem solve
