Low Code Engineer We are looking for a developer who specializes in delivering solutions through low-code and no‑code technologies. The role involves creating digital applications that support business operations, enhance productivity, and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Primary Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Build business applications using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, or other comparable low‑code environments. Configure user interfaces, logic flows, automation features, and data structures that support end‑to‑end process digitization. Develop system integrations using available connectors, web services, or APIs to link applications with internal and external systems. Business & Technical Collaboration Engage with business teams to gather process needs and translate them into structured system requirements. Work closely with analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional outcomes. Participate in regular discussions to refine requirements, propose enhancements, and align development with organizational objectives. Testing & Validation Execute detailed testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Validate system performance to ensure reliability, usability, and compliance with business rules. Documentation & Maintenance Prepare documentation covering solution designs, configurations, release notes, and user instructions. Support applications after deployment by troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and maintaining system stability. Required Qualifications Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience & Competencies Minimum of 2 years’ experience in application development with a strong emphasis on low‑code/no‑code platforms. Understanding of version control practices, including the use of Git. Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, CI/CD practices, pair programming, or test‑driven development. Ability to develop applications with minimal traditional coding while ensuring robustness and quality. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and system integrations. Capable of both independent execution and collaborative teamwork. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Exposure to DevOps tools and automated deployment pipelines. Certifications related to Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, or other low‑code ecosystems. Experience in building mobile‑friendly or mobile‑native applications. Practical configuration experience in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Appian, Power Apps, Mendix, or OutSystems — including workflow setup, rules configuration, validation logic, and screen/pr
