Role: Software Developer Location: Cheltenham Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (Dependent on experience) Clearance eligibility: British Passport Holder with 10+ years of UK residency required We are partnering with a specialist technology consultancy in Cheltenham to find a mid-level Software Developer to join their growing Cloud Infrastructure team. This is a unique opportunity for a Python specialist to transition into the secure environment, as our client is prepared to sponsor the right candidate through the vetting process. You will work with a high degree of autonomy to design, develop, and implement software solutions that power complex cloud environments. You will be a key bridge between traditional software development and modern cloud infrastructure, ensuring that automation and scalability are at the heart of every deployment. Core Tech Stack Backend: Python, Flask, MongoDB, RESTful Services Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap DevOps & Cloud: Docker, AWS, Jenkins (CI/CD), Git Security & Eligibility Due to the sensitive nature of the work conducted on-site in Cheltenham, candidates must be British Passport holders with a minimum of 10 years of continuous UK residency to meet the criteria for the required security clearances.
