Description

Overview This role is the backbone of our application process. You are responsible for turning messy, incomplete client submissions into clean, structured, submission-ready documentation. It’s detail-heavy, repetitive at times, and unforgiving of mistakes. If you’re sloppy, this role will expose it quickly. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  1. Document Sorting & Organisation Review and categorise client documents based on internal checklists Ensure correct document types, formats, and completeness Flag missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant documents Maintain a structured digital filing system for every client
  2. Scanning & File Preparation Scan, rename, and organise documents to internal standards Ensure clarity, legibility, and correct formatting of all files Convert raw submissions into clean, submission-ready sets
  3. Client Follow-Up & Coordination Contact clients to request missing or corrected documents Clearly explain document requirements and expectations Follow up consistently to close document gaps Handle basic client queries related to document submission
  4. Quality Control Cross-check documents before handover to the next stage Ensure zero critical errors in documentation sets Maintain strict adherence to internal SOPs and compliance standards What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This is a detail-intensive, process-driven role This is a coordination role that requires proactive follow-ups This is not creative work or high-level advisory If you don’t like checklists, structure, or repetition, this will frustrate you.
