Solution Manager (Data Center)

Job Responsibilities: Solution Design & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end design and planning of comprehensive data center solutions. Analyze client requirements to develop technically sound and commercially viable proposals, with a specialized focus on Critical Power (e.g., UPS, Lithium Battery Backup) and Cooling Systems. Product & Solution Competitiveness: Collaborate with product development teams to provide field-driven insights. Champion the development and verification of scenario-specific solutions based on typical customer requirements to enhance the overall market competitiveness of our portfolio. Strategic Business Development: Identify and capitalize on key opportunities to break into new markets, valued industries, and strategic accounts. Develop standardized, replicable solution packages and enable field teams to improve operational efficiency and win rates. Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Manage the solutioning process from initial engagement through to project execution, providing technical oversight and troubleshooting expertise. Technical Evangelism & Client Engagement: Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the data center industry, with a proven track record in data center consulting, planning, and solution design. Deep technical expertise in Data Center Critical Power and Cooling systems (including UPS and Lithium Battery technologies). Hands-on experience with system deployment is highly advantageous. Demonstrable experience in developing and winning overseas projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and international organizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to navigate and resolve complex technical and commercial challenges. Excellent presentation and solution-development skills. A self-motivated professional who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a results-driven commitment to task completion. Familiarity with key industry standards and specifications, such as Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA-942, and relevant IEC standards.
